EverLuvd Marketing and Promotion Policy

1. Introduction

This Marketing and Promotion Policy outlines the standards and restrictions for all marketing, advertising, and promotional activities related to the EverLuvd mobile application and services (the “Platform”). All individuals and entities (including Users, Affiliates, and third-party partners) engaging in promotional activities for EverLuvd must adhere strictly to this policy and the EverLuvd Platform Terms of Use.

2. Integrity and Transparency in Marketing

All marketing and promotional materials must be truthful, non-misleading, and reflect the actual features and services of the EverLuvd Platform.

  • Honest Representation: Materials must accurately describe EverLuvd’s role as an intermediation platform facilitating the sale of used  dresses between Sellers and Buyers.
  • Verification Service: Any claims regarding authenticity must accurately reflect that EverLuvd provides a verification and authenticity check and assigns an EverLuvd authenticity tag. Marketing must not claim that EverLuvd is the original manufacturer or offers a guarantee from the original brand manufacturer.
  • Pricing Disclosure: Promotional content related to pricing or fees must be clear. If a price is advertised, it must be stated that additional costs, such as the Buyer Service Fee (10% of item price, min 60 SAR, max 300 SAR) and shipping costs, will be indicated separately at checkout.
  • Earnings Disclosure: Marketing targeted at Sellers must clearly state that EverLuvd’s services are compensated by a Selling Fee and a Payment Processing Fee, which are deducted from the final sale Price. The applicable fee scale should be readily linkable from the promotion.

3. Prohibited Marketing Practices (App Store Compliance)

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of any partnership or User account:

  • Misleading or False Claims: Do not make any false or misleading statements regarding the product quality, condition, or authenticity. Do not promote the sale of counterfeit products, as this is illegal in Saudi Arabia.
  • Fraud and Manipulation: Do not engage in activities designed to manipulate EverLuvd's service rankings, search results, or user reviews. This includes purchasing fake reviews or using fraudulent means to inflate download metrics.
  • Inappropriate Content: All promotional content must be free from objectionable material, including but not limited to, defamatory, discriminatory, harassing, or sexually explicit content.
  • Spam and Phishing: The use of unsolicited emails (spam), text messages, or similar digital messaging for the purpose of promoting EverLuvd is strictly forbidden. Do not engage in phishing or use deceptive practices to collect user data.
  • Unauthorized Intellectual Property Use: Do not use any third-party copyrighted material, trademarks (e.g., brand logos not related to the item being shown), or other intellectual property without explicit permission.

4. User-Generated Content and Affiliates

If EverLuvd operates an affiliate program or relies on user-generated content for marketing:

  • Disclosures: Users or affiliates must clearly and conspicuously disclose their relationship with EverLuvd in their promotional content (e.g., using hashtags like #ad, #sponsored, or #EverLuvdPartner).
  • Compliance: Affiliates and Users are required to indemnify EverLuvd for any non-compliance with this policy.

5. Violation and Enforcement

EverLuvd reserves the right to review all marketing and promotional materials.

  • Any User, Seller, or third-party partner found to be in breach of this policy may have their account suspended or permanently terminated.
  • EverLuvd may seek recovery for any costs, damages, or losses incurred due to non-compliant or fraudulent marketing activities.
