Our Platform is based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), and this Policy is drafted in accordance with the KSA Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and its regulations. By using our Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

3. Personal Data We Collect
We collect personal data to provide and improve our services. All data types listed below may be linked to your identity to facilitate the functionality of our Platform.
A. Data You Provide Directly to Us:
- Contact Info & Identifiers: When you create an account, we collect your Name, Email Address, Phone Number, a unique User ID, and a secure (hashed) password. We may also collect Other User Contact Info if you reach out to customer support.
- Location: We collect your Physical Address (for shipping and pickup purposes) and your Precise Location to facilitate delivery logistics and app functionality.
- User Content: We collect Photos or Videos that you upload to the Platform (e.g., when creating a dress listing).
- Financial Info: We collect Payment Info for processing your purchases (handled by secure third-party processors) and Bank Account Details (IBAN) to issue payouts if you are a seller.
- Identity Verification: If you sell items, we may collect Government-Issued ID to verify your identity and comply with AML regulations.
B. Data We Collect Automatically:
- Search History: We record your Search History within the app to provide relevant results and analyze user preferences.
- Usage Data: We track your Product Interaction (e.g., items viewed, taps, and general navigation) to ensure app functionality and improve the user experience.
- Identifiers: We collect your Device ID, IP address, device type, and app version.
- Diagnostics: We collect Crash Data and server logs to help us identify and fix bugs.
C. Data from Other Sources:
We may receive data from third-party partners, such as fraud detection warnings or delivery confirmations.
4. How We Use Your Personal Data
We use your personal data, linked to your identity, for the following purposes:
- To Provide App Functionality: To create and manage your account (Name, Email, Phone, User ID), process and fulfill orders (Financial Info, Physical Address, Precise Location), and enable you to browse and list items (Photos or Videos, Product Interaction). (Legal Basis: Fulfilling our Contract)
- Analytics & Platform Improvement: We analyze your Search History, Product Interaction, and Crash Data to understand how the app is used, optimize performance, and resolve technical issues. (Legal Basis: Legitimate Interest)

We do not sell your personal data. We share it with Payment Processors, Shipping Carriers, Cloud Hosting Providers, Analytics Providers, and Government/Legal Authorities when required by KSA law.

While based in KSA, some service providers may process data outside KSA. We take necessary steps to ensure full compliance with the KSA PDPL, ensuring adequate protection or implementing appropriate safeguards.

We implement appropriate technical measures including Encryption (SSL/TLS), Access Controls, and Secure Infrastructure. However, no electronic storage is 100% secure.

We keep data as long as you have an active account, or as required by KSA financial laws. When no longer needed, data is securely deleted or anonymized.
