Seller Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of the Seller Terms and Conditions

These Seller Terms and Conditions (the “Seller Terms”) apply to all Users who use the EverLuvd platform to sell Products. This is a legally binding contract entered into by you and EverLuvd, a company incorporated in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (CR No. 7051745714).

2. Changes to the Seller Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform means you accept the changes.

3. The Role and Responsibility of EverLuvd

EverLuvd acts as an intermediation platform to facilitate the sale of used fancy dresses. We collect Products, verify authenticity, tag them, and publish listings. We are not a reseller, and do not own the Products. We verify apparent condition against Seller descriptions.

4. Sale of Products

Seller Authorization: By submitting a Product, you authorize EverLuvd to collect, verify, tag, list, manage the sale, receive payments, and transfer proceeds.
Product Information: Sellers must provide accurate descriptions. Minimum price is 100 SAR. EverLuvd has final say on acceptance and listing pricing.

5. "Buy Outright" or "Submit a Bid"

Buyers may purchase outright or submit bids. Accepted bids form a binding commitment.

6. EverLuvd’s Verification and Authenticity Tag

Products failing verification may incur a 100 SAR fee for logistics. Counterfeit Products will NOT be returned and may be reported/destroyed.

7. The Seller’s Commitments

Sellers warrant they own the items, descriptions are accurate, items are authentic, and sales do not violate Saudi laws.

8. Seller Fees

Fees are deducted from the final sale price:
- Platform Fee: 15% charged on the seller.
- Fixed Fee: 30 SAR.

9. Sales and Payments

EverLuvd handles shipping to Buyers. Products must be clean. Net proceeds are transferred via IBAN within ~5 business days after Buyer receipt and expiration of the claim period.

10-20. Legal, Counterfeits & Disputes

Counterfeit items lead to account termination and legal action. Sellers handle their own tax obligations. Disputes are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, jurisdiction in Riyadh.

Buyer Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of the Buyer Terms

These terms apply to all Users purchasing Products. This is a legally binding contract.

2. Changes to the Buyer Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use means acceptance.

3. The Role of EverLuvd

We verify authenticity and condition based on Seller descriptions, but do not guarantee subjective aesthetic expectations.

4. Placing an Order & 5. Bidding

Placing an order is a binding offer. Prices are in SAR. Additional costs (shipping, Buyer Service Fee) are indicated at checkout. Accepted bids are binding.

Bidding Deposit: There is a refundable 15 SAR deposit fee for bid placement. In case the bidder does not proceed with full payment of the product, the amount is non-refundable and will be treated as a fee. It is fully refundable in case the seller rejects the bid and/or the product is sold to another buyer. It will be deducted from the final purchase price in case the bid wins.

6. Verification & Authenticity Tag

Verified items carry an EverLuvd authenticity tag, signifying our professional assessment, not an absolute brand guarantee.

7. Delivery & 9. Ownership

Items ship within 2-3 business days. Maximum dispatch is 7-10 days. Ownership transfers upon full payment and delivery. Risk transfers upon receipt.

10. Receipt & Checking

Buyers must report visible anomalies within 24 hours.

11. Terms of Payment & Buyer Service Fee

Accepted methods include Mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay. EverLuvd charges a fixed Buyer Service Fee of 35 SAR for verification and platform services.

12. Statutory Warranties & 13. Claims/Returns

Protected by Saudi Consumer Protection and E-Commerce Law. Non-conformity/authenticity claims must be made within 48 hours with intact tags. E-Commerce right to return is 7 days for unworn items with tags attached (shipping borne by Buyer). Refund processed after inspection.

14-19. Legal & Disputes

Returned items must use EverLuvd approved methods. Disputes governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, jurisdiction in Riyadh.
